Trained in Malaysia, with eight years in Dubai across luxury residential, F&B, retail, interiors and large-scale events. Faris leads concept and visualisation, and still models and renders every scheme himself.

Fouad leads technical delivery and coordination, making sure what gets designed is what gets built. He is the reason the drawings hold up on site as well as they do in the presentation.

Khaled practised in Malaysia before joining FA Design and brings years of senior experience to every scheme. He reviews the architecture before it leaves the studio. Nothing goes out without his eye on it.

An architect who renders. Dimosthenis brings a European eye to the studio's images and makes sure every view he produces is one the drawings can actually deliver.

Abdullah turns the design into a coordinated BIM model that is clash-checked, quantified and ready for a contractor to price. When a project needs BIM, it runs through him.

Hajra owns the inside: layouts, materials, finishes and joinery. She works on the details people actually touch, so a space feels right as well as looking right.

Haseeb shows clients the room before any money is spent on it. His renders and animations let decisions get made while changing your mind is still cheap.

Every drawing set passes across Syed's desk. Plans, sections, details and joinery drawings that a contractor can build from without having to call and ask.
